Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3–7 working days after receiving the product if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has manufacturing defects
2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
3. Refund Process
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
4. Exchange Policy

Customers may request size or product exchange depending on stock availability.
